Return Eligibility


  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Non-returnable items: customized products, clearance/final sale items, or products damaged by misuse

How to Request a Return


  • Email info@beyondhide.co with your order number and reason for return

  • Our team will review the request and send you return instructions

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

  • Items must be shipped back using a trackable courier service

Inspection & Approval


  • Returned products are inspected within 2–3 business days

  • If approved, you will be notified via email

  • If the return is rejected (damaged, used, or missing items), we will ship it back to you

Refund Options


  • Refund to original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)

  • Store credit for faster processing

  • Refund amount excludes shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products


  • Contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged or defective

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue

Order Cancellation
